Course Description

The online Hairdressing Level 2 has been designed to help learners understand the principles of starting a successful business, learning the key skills and practices as a Hairdresser.

This course is intended to prepare you for further studies and training. The skills and knowledge you will acquire will provide a job outcome as an hairdresser.

Course Syllabus

The Level 2 Hairdressing course is divided into the following modules:

Maintain Health and Safety within the work place

Shampoo and Conditioning the Hair

Client Consultation

Styling women’s hair

Create an Image

• Case Studies.
• Assignment.
• Final Assessment.

Assessment

To assess the learner’s ability and knowledge to effectively understand the topics contained within the Level 2 Hairdressing, the course features 6 Assignment and 4 Case Studies that are performed and written by you, plus one end of practical assessment which will need to be recorded and sent with a completed consultation sheet.

Once the assignment has been sent and marked and returned back to you via email with feedback, and we have received your case studies and practical recording, you will have completed the qualification and a hard copy of the certificate will be sent out within three weeks of completion. 

Certificate

On successful completion of this Level 2 Hairdressing Course. The certificate will be claimed for and a hard copy sent within 3 weeks of completion.

Course Format

This course is delivered online through eLearning. Learners of the course will receive an email with course work attached, Online support will be available to learners via email or learners are able to call the tutor when required.

Course Duration

The online Level 2 Hairdressing course 106 hours to complete the course in full. This is only a guide to the learning hours required and it depends on how quickly an individual can absorb the information. The learning is online so it can be spread out over multiple sessions.

Learners will have access to this course for up to 27 weeks from the date of joining. There is a week time limit to complete the course during this period.
